Ultimate Food Guide: Food Court at Macquarie Centre
Author: Josh D
Hey food adventurers!
Today we are taking a slight tangent from the usual topic that I talk about (FoodNation). As stated in the title, we will be analysing the best food for the cheapest price at Macquarie Centre's food court. Disclaimer: this is all subjective as everyone has their own ideas about what tastes good, However I will be discussing my opinion which is based on my experience trying out food at Macquarie Centre.
First off, cheapest isn't always the best. As my grandfather said, "cheap no good, good no cheap." However, if you are really short on money (e.g just a $2 coin), Hungry Jack's $2 cheesy cheeseburger is best for you. if you have a $5 note, throw in some Hungry Jack's chips as well to fill your empty stomach, or buy a $3.90 wrap at Sandwich Stack.
if you have a little more than just a $5 note, then KFC's $7.45 Double Tender Burger Combo is for you (picture below). In my opinion, this is the best food at Macquarie Centre for the price you pay. You get a decent sized Double Tender burger, Fries and a can of Pepsi. However, on Mondays at Le Wrap they have a $6 Chicken Wrap (picture above). If you are at Macquarie on Monday, I would recommend Le Wrap over KFC.
Finally, if you can afford around or over $10, any other place is good at Macquarie Centre. I personally prefer Subway or Oporto, but again, everyone has different likings when it comes to food.
Hopefully this has given you some insight into Macquarie Centre's food court. Stay tuned for more food reviews, cuisines and recipes!
